Use of photorealistic 3D models for city planning in Oslo

Oslo Municipality has experienced a substantial growth over the last decade. The expansion has put a lot of pressure on planning and construction of new projects across the infrastructure and buildings sector. Recent estimates predict that Oslo Municipality will grow from the existing number of inhabitants of approx. 635,000 inhabitants (January 2014), to 850,000 inhabitants (+ 35%) by 2030.
